If we're not moving forward or backward, then we can assume we're in a safe place. Even though you appear to be in a situation that is stuck or showing no signs of movement either direction, you mustn't assume you're not where you should be. A process is dormant for a very good reason now. You are being given an excellent opportunity to take stock and plan a next move carefully.
